Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the quality and accuracy of a product by coating a low temp. decomposing resin solution on surface of a first coated layer, vaporizing and drying solvent and next forming a second coating layer on the upper surface. CONSTITUTION:A core base body 1a containing collapsible agent is dipped into a first slurry to form the first coating layer 2. Next, the low temp. decomposing resin 4 of urea resin, etc., is coated on the surface of the first coating layer 2 by spray or impregnation and the resin is vaporized and dried in the range, which it is not set. Successively, the second coating layer 3 is formed by heat-setting with a second slurry composing of aggregate selected from scaly graphite, mica, metal powder, etc., and solvent. As the resin 4 is heated and set as penetrating in the first and second coating layers 2, 3, sticking strength of both coating layers 2, 3 is improved. By this method, as flowing loss of the coating layers 2, 3 is eliminated, the quality and accuracy of the product are improved.
