Abstract

CONSTITUTION:An insulating material 2 led out of an insulating tape bobbin 1 is passed on a static applying electrode 3, a curing agent 5 admitted into a vessel 4 is attracted, and the insulating material 2 is wound on a coil 6. Accordingly, the insulating material is charged with static electricity by the electrode immediately before it is wound on the coil, attracts the curing agent by the static electricity, and is wound on the coil, thus uniformly attaching the curing agent onto the insulating material without employing a solvent, then forming an insulating layer having excellent characteristics.
