Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the uniform implanting of fibers with no charging variance, by setting the 1st electrode having an adhesive layer opposite to the 2nd electrode connected to an exciting means and then implanting electrostatically the cut fibers put on the 2nd electrode to the 1st electrode. CONSTITUTION:The cut fibers (a) to be implanted are put on a conductive plate 6. Then an exciting means 4 is actuated, and at the same time the DC voltage is applied to the 1st electrode 1. Thus the plate 6 has the vibration together with a vibrating plate 5. Then the fibers (a) on the plate 6 fly by the static electricity and pass through a mesh 7 to be adhered vertically onto the surface coated with an adhesive 3 of the 1st electrode. The fibers (a) are cut into a prescribed length by means of an electric razor 8. Thus the length and the size can be set even.
