Claims (1)
- 洗浄対象表面の油分及び塵埃等を払拭する第１
の弾性体部分と該洗浄対象表面に洗浄剤を送り洗
浄する洗浄部分と洗浄対象表面の洗浄剤廃液を払
拭する第２の弾性体部分とを備えた洗浄体と、前
記洗浄部分へ洗浄剤を圧送供給する装置と、洗浄
剤廃液及び該廃液蒸発気体を吸入し、外部へ排出
する装置を設けたことを特徴とする表面洗浄装置
。
