Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate the influence of an inter-electrode capacity by making measurement by using an AC impression voltage of ordinary frequencies and obtaining the signal output associated only with the inter-electrode resistance by the result of this measurement and the approximation equation.
CONSTITUTION: A multiplexer 3 is switched by a switching signal VS from an arithmetic control part 4 and the AC impression voltage of two kinds of different frequencies (f1, f2) from a frequency divider is impressed between electrodes E1 and E2 and the inter-electrode impedances Z1, Z2 of this time are measured. The prescribed equation is then obtd. in accordance with f1, f2, Z1, Z2 and is stored in the part 4. The electrodes E1, E2 are thereafter immersed in a high-concn. measuring liquid and the measurement is made by impressing the AC impression voltage V1 of the ordinary frequency f3 (f1, f2 are equally well).
