Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the breaking of wiring of a thermistor and to reduce the device in size on the whole by mounting a thermistor directly on a substrate where an electric circuit is provided. CONSTITUTION:Thermistors 50 are fixed to the respective units of successively provided substrates 44 by soldering, etc. At this time, the output terminals (not shown in figure) of the thermistors 50 are so arranged that they are connected electrically to the input terminals of the circuits. Thus, the substrates 44 where the thermistors 50 are mounted are disconnected from other substrate parts and inserted into a 2nd hole part 28, the tip parts of the substrates 44 are inserted into a hollow cylinder body 38 through the 2nd hole part 28, and the tips of the rectangular thermistors 50 are made to abut on the internal surface of a cap 40 fitted onto the tip part of the hollow cylinder body 38 previously. When the substrate 44 are joined sufficiently, one end part of the wide part 44a of each substrate 44 engages the partition wall 30 of a casing 24 and the other end part of the wide part 44a is on the same straight line with the casing 24. Then, a potting agent 52 such as epoxy-based polyurethane is injected into the hollow cylinder body 44a.
