Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus enabling sure rotation and stop of rollers and shortening of operation time, by attaching plural rollers to a driving shaft with an electromagnetic clutch and attaching a stator of the electromagnetic clutch to a bearing, an armature to the roller and rotor to the shaft. CONSTITUTION:Plurality of rollers 7 are rotatably attached to a driving shaft 1 via bearings 8, 9 and each roller 7 is made to be integrally connectable with the shaft by an electromagnetic clutch 10 attached to each roller. The stator 10a of the electromagnetic clutch 10 is attached to bearings 2, 3 supporting the driving shaft, the armature 10c is attached to the roller 7 and the rotor 10b is attached to the driving shaft 1. The roller 7 of a textile machine can be surely rotated or stopped without delay of time by the use of the present apparatus.
