【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図ａはこの考案の光学部品の取付構造につ
いての一実施例を示す断面図、同図ｂは同図ａに
おける弾性リングの３つの具体的構成例を示した
図、第２図は種々のタイプの光学部品の取付構造
における本考案の弾性リングの設け方の具体例を
示した図、同図ａはレンズの取付位置において一
方の鏡筒に対して他方の鏡筒をねじ込みによつて
係合した図、同図ｂは３枚のフイルタの前後にス
ペーサを介して弾性リングを取付けた後、鏡筒の
内部に押えねじリングをねじ込みによつて係合し
て固定した図、同図ｃは鏡筒の端部に押えリング
をビスで固定した図、第３図ａは光照射光学ユニ
ツトを取付けた光処理装置の概略構成を示す側断
面図、同図ｂは同図ａの光照射光学ユニツトにお
ける従来の光学部品の取付構造を説明するための
図である。 図中、７ａ：ユニツト接合部、９，１１：レン
ズ、１２：光照射光学ユニツト、１５：弾性リン
グ、１６：フイルタ、２０，２０′：鏡筒。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) レンズまたはフイルタを、金属からなる取
    付部材に取付ける光学部品の取付構造において、
    前記レンズまたはフイルタの径方向の面であつて
    、前記取付部材に接触する面と、取付部材の接触
    面との間に、少なくとも光軸方向に弾性を有する
    弾性リングを介して、前記レンズまたはフイルタ
    を取付部材に取付けたことを特徴とする光学部品
    の取付構造。 (2) 弾性リングはリング状のテフロンもしくは
    シリコン樹脂、または波状の金属リングであるこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
    記載の光学部品の取付構造。
