CONSTITUTION:Cured photoregist membrane 3H is formed over an area except an ink discharge pressure generating element 2 of a substrate 1, and dry film photoregist 5 is further laminated on the surface of the membrane 3H with a recessed part formed according to a pattern 6P. Two islands 5Hi, 5Hj of cured photoregist membrane 5H remaining in an ink passage 7a assume a role of a support which prevents the dripping of a ceiling board to be super-imposed later. Dry film photoregist 8 constituting a ceiling of the ink passage is further stuck to the surface of the cured photoregist 5H to allow the photoregist 8 to be cured.
