Abstract

PURPOSE:To always perform proper control with respect to the variation in a disturbance element, the shape of a molded product or the properties of a raw material, by comparing the detection signals relating to judge items from an injection molding machine to judge whether they respectively deviate from a plurality of the tolerant ranges set by a tolerant range setting part. CONSTITUTION:A judge part 12 compares the detection signals from the sensor 10A with the tolerant range of the detection signals stored in a set value memory 14 and outputs a predetermined judge result on the basis of the predetermined judge condition to said comparing results. That is, the judge part 12 is constituted of comparing parts 121, 122,...12n corresponding to the number of judge items, that is, the number of the detection signals of the sensor 10A and a judge circuit 13 performing judge on the basis of the predetermined judge condition to the comparing results of said comparing parts. The detection signals from the sensor 10A and the upper and lower limit values of the tolerant range from the set value memory 14 are inputted to the comparing parts which in turn compare the detection signals with the upper and lower limit values to output a comparing result showing whether the inputted detection signals are larger than the upper limit value, between the upper and lower limit values (within the tolerant range) or smaller than the lower limit value.
