Abstract

PURPOSE:To always perform proper control with respect to the variation in a disturbance element, the shape of a molded product or the properties of a raw material, by judging whether the detection signal of an injection molding machine deviates from the tolerant range set by a tolerant range setting part. CONSTITUTION:A judge part 12 compares the detection signal from a sensor 10A with the tolerant range of the detection signal stored in a set value memory 14 to judge molding quality. That is, the judge part 12 is constituted of comparing parts 121, 122,...12n corresponding to the number of the detection signals of the sensor 10A. The detection signals from the sensor 10A and the upper and lower limit values of the tolerant range from the set value memory 14 are inputted to the comparing parts 121, 122,...12n. The comparing parts 121, 122,...12n compare the detection signals with the upper and lower limit values to judge whether the inputted detection signals are larger than the upper limit value, between the upper and lower values (within the tolerant range) or smaller than the lower limit value.
