Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the influence of variation in a supply voltage to an output voltage by removing variation due to the supply voltage in voltages impressed between the collectors and emitters of respective transistors (TRs) constituting a current regulating circuit in a power supply circuit for converting generated current into voltage. CONSTITUTION:Transistors (TRs) 1, 2 constitute a current mirror and two almost equal currents generated from these TRs 1, 2 are supplied to TRs 3, 4 through TRs 5-8 and converted into an output voltage by an external circuit. At that time, voltages impressed between the collectors and emitters of the TRs 1-4 are not easily influenced by the variation of the supply voltage because of the actions of the Trs 5-8. Thereby, said current is not easily influenced by the variation of the supply voltage and the influence due to the variation of the supply voltage upon the output voltage.
