Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a super honeycomb steel plate with good efficiency by integrating the projecting part of the steel plate coil in the same shape providing numerous projecting parts on one face by relatively joining respectively. CONSTITUTION:The steel plate coils 1a, 1b in the same form providing a crest- like projecting part 10 on one face are rewound so that the projecting part face is opposed from respective payoff reels 2a, 2b. Then, they are guided to a side guide 4 by processor rolls 3a, 3b and positioned so that the mutual projecting parts 10 is conformed by opposing each other. Simultaneously both steel plate coils are vertically pressed by pinch rolls 5a, 5b and jointed by guiding to a joining device 6. They are then fed to a leveler 7 to relieve the deflection or to correct the flatness and sheared in the specific dimension by a shearing machine 8.
