Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the processing of a line with small power loss by providing a flat strip line to the impedance matching part between the input side strip line and plural output side strip lines. CONSTITUTION:A microwave made incident from an input terminal P1 passes through a microstrip line 4, prepagates a flat microstrip line 6, distributed into four in the power ratio in response to the input impedance of each line 8 at the connection between the line 6 and the microstrip line 8 and extracted at output terminals P2-P5 through four lines 8. The line 6 has a nearly equal characteristic to that of the line 4 at the connection with the line 4 and has nearly equal impedance to the combined impedance of the parallel connection of the four lines 8 at the connection. Since the impedance matching between the input and output terminals is taken in the power distributer by using the line 6 whose line width is over the line width of the lines 4, 8 near the input/ output terminals, the loss is less and the line processing is facilitated.
