PURPOSE:To obtain a substrate having good warpage by holding inside and outside circumferential spacers between disk substrates and driving in the substrates for a specific rate by ultrasonic waves in a pressurized state then driving in the substrates for the specified state in a pressure holding state. CONSTITUTION:The outside circumferential spacer 5 and the substrate 3a are first superposed and while a horn 14 is pressurized by a fluid cylinder 17, 1st stage of welding is executed by an ultrasonic oscillator 16.
