Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of coefft. of elasticity which depends on the hysteresis and temp. of elastic elastomers so that the titled sensor can be exactly operated by providing a coil spring having the coefft. of elasticity larger than the coefft. of elasticity of the elastic elastomers in parallel with a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:Lead wires 5, 6 are respectively connected to input and output terminals 3, 4 of a Hall element 2 and the elastic elastomer 7 and the permanent magnet 8 are successively laminated and fixed onto the element 2. The elastic elastomers 7, 9 are preferably constituted of a material having the small hysteresis in order to maintain the relation between the magnitude of the external force on the elastomers 7, 9 and the quantity of the elastic deformation thereof with sufficient accuracy. The coeffts. of elasticity of the respective elastomers 7, 9 are decreased to the extent of exerting no influence upon the coefft. of elasticity of the coil spring 10. One end of the spring 10 is mounted onto a load supporting plate 1 around the elastomers 7, 9. This spring 10 has the coefft. of elasticity larger than the coeffts. of elasticity of the elastomers 7, 9. The influence of the coefft. of elasticity by the hysteresis and temp. of the elastomers 7, 9 is thus eliminated.
