Abstract

PURPOSE:To wind a sheet stably and surely by arranging a pressure contact roller movably in radial direction of a winding roller near the end of a guide plate. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a sheet 11 is moved along a guide plate 82 and fed smoothly without being subjected to a local strong resisting force. Upon contact of the tip of the sheet 11 with a pressure contact roller 83, the tip of the sheet 11 is guided forcibly to a nip portion of a winding roller 81 and the pressure contact roller 83 through rotation of the pressure contact roller 83. When the tip of the sheet 11 is bitten at the nip portion, the sheet is wound tightly around the winding roller 81 because the circumferential speed of the winding roller 81 is set higher than the sheet feeding speed. Upon start of winding of the sheet 11 around the winding roller 81, rotary speed of the winding roller 81 lowers automatically corresponding to the carrying speed of the sheet 11, resulting in stable winding.
