Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to pulverize powder and to crush and knead a plastic material by constituting a pulverizing mechanism of a mushroom-like pulverizing element, a seat part to which this element is fitted and a main body provided with an edge part which permits the vertical movement of this pulverizing element but does not allow the disengagement thereof. CONSTITUTION: This pulverizing mechanism consists of the mushroom-like pulverizing element 1, the seat part 2 to which this element is fitted and the main body provided with the edge part 3 which permits the vertical movement of the pulverizing element 1 but does not allow the disengagement thereof. Such pulverizing mechanism acts to pulverize the grains put therein along the pulverizing element 1 by holding the same by a pressure in the part of the edge part 3 with which the pulverizing element 1 comes into contact when the pulverizing element 1 executes lateral motion or conic motion. The particles fall downward when the pulverizing element 1 inclines for the next motion. The falling particles are recrushed when the pulverizing element 1 and the seat part 2 come into contact. This action is effected alternately in the case of the lateral motion and continuously in the case of the conic motion. This device is effective not only for pulverizing but for the crushing and kneading of the plastic material as well.
