方向、3は被検材先後端検出器、4は搬送装置、
5は搬送装置4に付属した搬送測長装置、6は被
検材先後端検出器3の検出信号を搬送測長装置5
の測長パルスによりトラツキングするトラツキン
グ処理装置、7はトラツキング処理装置6の出力
により動作するプローブ接離材駆動装置、8は探
傷用プローブ、9は探傷用プローブ8の信号を基
に被検材1の欠陥を検出する探傷装置、10は接
材補助機構部、11は被検材1の搬送動作によつ
て当接されるトリガ、12は接材補助機構部10
に伸長動作を行なわせる収縮バネ、13a,13
bは伸長動作を平行に保つパンタグラフ、14a
,14bは接材補助機構部10の接離材位置動作
限を与えるストツパ、15はトリガ11を初期位
置へ戻すプツシヤー、16はトリガ11が初期位
置に戻つていることを検出するリミツトスイツチ
、17は接材補助機構部メインフレームである。
