Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain dialing origination providing a means sending a dial data read from a bar code reader as a PB signal so as to have only to trace a bar code written on a name card or the like. CONSTITUTION:A bar code 31 of a name card C is read by a photodetecting section 22, converted into a dial code of JIS 7-bit and trasmitted to a main body A as a data signal 2'. The data signal 2' is stored by a serial/parallel conversion input/output section 5 at every byte and an interruption signal 3' is outputted to a control section 3 when the signal reaches 3 bytes or its equivalent time. In receiving an interruption signal, the control section 3 receives the data stored in the input/output section 5 at every byte and writes the result to a storage section 6. When the write is finished, the control section 3 reads the data from the storage section 6 at every byte to execute the analyzing processing, converts the dial code into another dial code to given an output to a PB transmission section 8.
