(Prior art) Conventionally, as working scaffolds for finishing joints in machi block masonry, (a) the masonry surface is sloped;
It is difficult to use scaffolds that are assembled using scaffolding pipes, bidays, stepladders, etc. because (b) the shape varies in various ways, and (c) the ground is poor. Furthermore, it is difficult to assemble regular scaffolding using the above method from the standpoint of process and profitability. However, there are currently no products on the market such as masonry blocks that can be used as special work scaffolds for masonry workers, and as shown in Fig. It has been proposed that an iron pipe 23 for scaffolding is inserted into the drainage pipe 22, and a scaffold board 24 is placed on top of it. However, according to this, the fixation of the scaffolding board 24 is incomplete, and there is no handrail.
The drawback was that it was extremely dangerous.

In addition to such a simple scaffold, a sliding scaffold as shown in FIG. 2 has also been proposed. That is, this scaffolding has scaffolding board 2 as shown in FIG.
Reference numeral 4 indicates a scaffold frame 25 which is slid along a support post 26, and in the same figure, 27 indicates a hanging metal fitting, 28 a brace, 29 a hanging pipe, and 30 a handrail post. This method requires a large amount of work to erect and fix the main pillars 26, and while it is effective in large-scale construction, it has the disadvantage that it cannot be said to be an advantageous structure in small- to medium-sized construction.

(Object of the Invention) The present invention was proposed in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its purpose is to provide a structure that can be securely and firmly fixed to a wall surface such as a masonry surface, has high safety, and is capable of being suspended in the air. To provide a prefabricated work scaffold that can be assembled regardless of the ground condition, such as sloped ground, soft ground, uneven ground, etc., and is easy to assemble and convenient for handling and storage.

First, FIG. 3 shows a scaffold assembly fitting A used in the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a vertical pipe such as a square pipe, and a through hole 1a for inserting a connecting pin is provided at approximately the center of the vertical pipe in the length direction. In addition, a substantially inverted L-shaped hook 2 is fixed to the upper end of the vertical pipe 1, and one end of a substantially cylindrical insertion fixing portion 3 to be inserted into a drainage hole C of a masonry surface B, which will be described later. is rotatably supported. This insertion fixing part 3 is used for fixing the scaffold assembly fitting A by being crimped and fixed to the drain hole C from its inner surface. 3
A structure is planned in which the part b is expanded around the insertion fixing part 3 and protruded, so that it is crimped into the drain hole C. Further, a swing preventing metal fitting 4 is attached to the lower end of the vertical pipe 1.

Therefore, in order to install this scaffold assembly fitting A on the masonry surface B where the joints are to be finished, the scaffold board support material 7 must be rotated at right angles to the handrail mounting pipe 6 as shown in Figures 4 to 6. and then connect and fix the two with bolts 8. Next, align the through hole 7a of the scaffold board receiving material 7 with the through hole 1a of the vertical pipe 1,
A connecting pin 9 is inserted here to fix the scaffold board receiving material 7. Next, insert the insertion fixing part 3 into the drain hole C formed by burying a drain pipe etc. in the masonry surface B, and while pressing the vertical pipe 1 along the vertical direction against the masonry surface B, tighten the fixing bolt. 3a, the crimping fixture 3b is opened and closed, and the insertion fixing part 3 is crimped and fixed on the inner surface of the drain hole C.

Then, according to the slope of the masonry surface B, the turnbuckle 5 is operated to adjust the scaffold board support 7 to be horizontal, and the scaffold board 10 is placed on the top surface of the scaffold board support 7 and fixed with a band 11. Furthermore, the handrail 12 is fixed via clamps 13 attached to a plurality of locations on the handrail attachment pipe 6, and the chain 14 for preventing the handrail from opening is hooked onto the hooks 2, 6a to complete the assembly. Further, the anti-sway fitting 4 is pressed against the masonry surface B, and together with the two-stage crimping fixture 3b contributes to preventing the scaffold assembly fitting A from swinging from side to side.

A plurality of such scaffold assembly fittings A are arranged in parallel on the masonry surface B as shown in Fig. 7, and the assembly work scaffold according to the present invention is constructed by erecting scaffold boards 10 between them. However, according to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently perform the joint finishing work in parallel with the scaffold assembly work. That is, the seventh
In the figure, first, the parts in the figure are finished with the joints from the backfilling surface E, and then the scaffolding assembly fittings A 1 ,
Attach A 2 , A 3 , and A 4 to masonry surface B. At this time, the scaffold assembly fitting A1 at the end may be attached to a hole C' separately added to the masonry surface B for attachment. Next, the first stage scaffold board 10 is installed between the scaffold assembly fittings A 1 , A 2 , and A 3 , and the joints on these scaffold boards 10 are finished. After that, scaffold assembly fittings A 4 , A 5 ,
A 6 is installed, and the second stage scaffolding board 10 is installed between them.
is erected and the joints on the scaffold board 10 are finished. Scaffolding can be carried out sequentially from the top using the lower scaffolding, and depending on the height of the masonry surface B, it may be necessary to remove the scaffolding from the lower tier to the upper tier or from the upper tier to the lower tier. Diversion is possible.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, there is a vertical pipe disposed vertically along a wall surface such as a masonry surface, and a vertical pipe rotatably supported at the upper end of the vertical pipe. , and an insertion fixing part that can be inserted and fixed into a drainage hole provided in a masonry surface, and a rotatable turnbuckle with one end pivotally supported on the lower end of the vertical pipe.
A rotatable handrail mounting pipe whose lower end is pivotally supported by the other end of the turnbuckle, and a vertical pipe which is rotatably mounted on the handrail mounting pipe and are installed horizontally. Scaffold assembly metal fittings are constructed, and a plurality of these scaffold assembly metal fittings are installed in parallel on a wall surface, and the scaffolding is installed between the scaffold plate support materials and between the handrail mounting pipes. Since the boards and handrails are respectively installed, each scaffold assembly metal fitting can be securely fixed to the wall surface, which has the effect of providing a highly safe working scaffold. In addition, the scaffolding assembly fittings are easy to assemble and can be lightweight, and they are constructed integrally and rotatably using vertical pipes, handrail mounting pipes, scaffolding plate supports, etc., so they can be easily stored and It is convenient to handle during transportation, contributes to a reduction in occupied space, and has the additional advantage of preventing loss of component parts.

In addition, since it is a suspended scaffold that generally uses drainage holes provided in the wall at predetermined intervals, it is possible to always construct a vertical scaffold regardless of the ground condition, such as sloping ground, soft ground, uneven ground, etc. When performing joint finishing work on masonry surfaces, etc., scaffolding can be erected one by one and the work can be continued efficiently. In addition, since the entire scaffolding fits within the existing part of the masonry and there are no pipes etc. protruding above, there is no problem with masonry stacking work, but if the scaffolding is erected during the stacking work, It also serves as a cradle in case of a fall.
It has the effect of being thorough in terms of safety measures.
