Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily and economically provide a highly heat resisting cooking vessel or utensil excellent in thermal stability and usable for a cooking requiring a long-time heating by constituting the vessel from a highly thermally stable polyarylene thioetherketone having a specified melting point, whose residual melting crystallization enthalpy, melting crystallization temperature and density of crystallized product are specified values or more, a thermoplastic resin, a fibrous filler, and an inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION: This cooking vessel formed of a thermoplastic material consisting of 100 parts by weight of a highly thermally stable polyarylene thioetherketone [A] having a repeat unit formula (I) as main constituting element, a melting point Tm is 310-380 deg.C, and a residual melting crystallization enthalpy ΔHmc (420 deg.C/10min) of 10J/g or more with a melting crystallization temperature Tmc (420 deg.C/10min) of 210 deg.C or more and a density of crystallized product of 1.34G/cm<3> or more; 0-400 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin [B] mixable therewith; and 0-400 parts by weight of a fibrous filler and (or) an inorganic filler [C] per 100 parts by weight of [A+B].
