Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve high frequency characteristics through suppression of impedance resulting from thickness of solid electrolyte by limiting distance between both electrode foils determined by thickness of separator to the specified thickness or less. CONSTITUTION:A separator 3 prevents mechanical contact between a positive electrode foil 1 and a negative electrode foil 2 and separates both electrode foils with a constant distance to maintain breakdown strength between electrodes and prevent short-circuit. Frequency characteristic of electrostatic capacitance changing rate is improved to a higher frequency as the separator becomes thinner. Therefore, distance between both electrode foils determined depending on thickness of separator is set to 10-60mum.
