４図は従来の冷却装置を示す概略斜視図である。 図において、１はＩＣ、２は基板、３は冷風、

一、又は相当部分を示す。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体集積回路装置（以下「ＩＣ」という
）が搭載されたＩＣ基板の冷却に用いられる熱伝
達素子において、 形状記憶合金からなり、上記ＩＣの温度に応じ
て有効冷却フイン面積が変化するように構成され
たことを特徴とする熱伝達素子。 (2) ＩＣが低温時にはフインが倒れて有効冷却
フイン面積を小さくし、上記ＩＣが高温になると
上記フインが立ち上記有効冷却フイン面積を大き
くするようにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の熱伝達素子。 (3) フインが平板からなることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の熱伝達素子。 (4) フインが多孔板からなることを特徴とする
