Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the amount of cleaning liquid, which escapes into atmosphere from a cleaning tank, by cooling the inside of a cleaning liquid recovering tank with a cooling device, cooling and capturing the vaporized cleaning liquid floating in the vicinity of a metal net, and dropping the liquid into the cleaning liquid recovering tank. CONSTITUTION:Vaporized cleaning liquid, which is floating in the vicinity of the bottom part of a cleaning chamber 22, i.e., the upper opening part of a cleaning water recovering tank 32, is dropped in the cleaning liquid recovering tank 32, which is cooled with a cooling device 33, and recovered. The vaporized cleaning liquid, which is floating in the vicinity of a metal net 34, tends to be drawn and moved by a carrier 29 of an endless conveyer 28, materials to be cleaned and the like, but the liquid speed is made slow by the resistance of the metal net 34. The liquid is quickly cooled with the metal net 34 and low temperature air in the vicinity of the net 34 and quietly drops into the cleaning liquid recovering tank 32. The liquid in droplet state is brought into contact with the cooling device 33 and the like and becomes the liquid completely. Thus the liquid is recovered. When air flows in the cleaning liquid recovering tank, the cleaning liquid, which is dropping into the tank, is vaporized again. But this is prevented with the metal net 34. Thus, the amount of the vaporized gas of the cleaning liquid, which is sprayed into atmosphere, is decreased by a large extent.
