Abstract

CONSTITUTION:On the particle surface of either the particle of copper oxide at the surface layer, or the fine particle of copper oxide scattered inside the layer, the first coat layer of the oxide of group IIa element of the periodic table, or the oxide of a group IIIa element of the periodic table a group IIIa is furnished. Furthermore, the second coat layer of the oxide of a group IIIa element of the periodic table, or that of the group IIa of the periodic table is furnished alternatively together with the first coat layer repeatedly, and after that, they are baked up to produce an oxide superconductor.
