Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the peeling of a metallic magnetic membrane by forming a groove on one side surface orthogonal to the track width direction of a nonmagnetic substrate, and laminating the metallic magnetic membrane of a closed circuit on the one side surface orthogonal to the track width direction of the nonmagnetic substrate which forms the groove. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 21 and 22 are formed on one surface orthogonal to the track width direction of nonmagnetic substrate 20, 20, and a metallic magnetic membrane 23 of the closed magnetic circuit is laminated on one surface orthogonal to the track width direction of nonmagnetic substrate 20, 20 which forms these grooves 21, 22. Consequently, at the time of the production of them, the grooves 21 and 22 are formed on one surface of a block for forming nonmagnetic substrate forming nonmagnetic substrate 20, 20, and the adhesion of a metallic magnetic membrane 23 is executed to the surface which forms the grooves 21 and 22.
