Information indicating whether each channel is busy at present or not is written in one of demultiplexed channels, and a control circuit 19 searches an idle channel in accordance with this information and transmits transmission information. Simultaneously, the control circuit 19 sets this used channel to the busy state. When the station terminates transmission of its own information, contents of channel information are changed to the empty state.
