Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize an efficient marking process suitable for a type of product by varing a range of the surface of the product onto which laser beams are projected by means of replacing an optical unit or detaching the unit. CONSTITUTION:A movable mirror part 5 is attached to the tip of a beam delivery tube 3, and has such a constitution that it can control a mirror 8 within a prescribed range in combination with two servo motors 6 and 7 to reflect laser beams in the three-dimensional direction within a prescribed range. The radiation path of the laser beams reflected by the movable mirror part 5 is covered with the beam delivery tube 10, and on the halfway thereof the optical system unit 14 composed of a diffusing lens 11, a mask 12 and a convergence lens 13 is fixed freely attachably and detachably. Only by exchanging or detaching the optical system unit, a highly efficient marking system can be selected for the products of mass-production. Thus, the efficient marking process suitable for the kind of product can be realized by a single device.
