Claims (1)
- 円筒状容器の外側両端部に一対の電極ごとに接
続しそれぞれ配線用のリード線を設けた側面端子
と、前記一対の電極に対向する共通の接地側の電
極に接続し配線用のリード線を設けた共通端子と
を具備した避雷器素子と、前記側面端子と前記共
通端子に接触する接点と配線用のリード線とを設
け前記避雷器素子と結合して配線基板に実装され
る短絡金属と、前記側面端子と前記接点の間に挿
入され前記避雷器素子に加熱されたとき溶融する
絶縁物とを有することを特徴とする避雷器素子の
フエイルセーフ機構。
