PURPOSE:To enable supply of oxygen in a quantity sufficient for high-density cultivation and sufficient exchange of cultivation, by providing a filter pipeline for permeating dissolved components in a culture fluid without permeating cells, etc., in the course of a circulation channel. CONSTITUTION:This pressurization-type culture device 1 is mainly constituted of a culture vessel 2, a stirring means 3, an oxygen feeding means 4, a gas discharging means 5, a culture medium feeding means 6, a culture fluid filtration means 7 and a controlling part 8. The oxygen feeding means 4 is constituted of an oxygen feed pipeline (a) connected through an oxygen gas cylinder, a solenoid valve 41 and an antimicrobial filter 42 in this order to a lid body of the culture vessel 2. A cross-flow type filtration device is used in a filtration part 72 and a filter pipeline having a cylindrical filter surface is inserted and provided in a circulation channel (d). The controlling part 8 is respectively electrically connected to a DO sensor 21, pH electrode 22, liquid level sensor 23, solenoid valves 41, 52, 9 and 10, peristatic pumps 62, 71 and 73 to control actuation thereof.
