Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase electrostatic capacitance by using an aluminum foil, in which the temperature of the evaporating surface of an aluminum foil substrate is controlled within a specific range and titanium is evaporated, as a cathode foil. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor element 2 in which an aluminum cathode foil 4, in which titanium is evaporated at the temperature of an aluminum foil substrate 8 within a range of 50-200 deg.C, and an anode foil 3 are composed through sepatators 5 is impregnated with an electrolytic solution for drive. When the temperature of the evaporating surface of the aluminum foil substrate 8, whose surface area is spread, is controlled at 50-200 deg.C and titanium is evaporated, a coarse prismatic titanium evaporated film 9 as shown in the figure is acquired. The motion of titanium particles on the surface of the substrate is inhibited by controlling the temperature of the surface of the substrate at that time, a surface-area extension effect by the growth of the coarse film is improved at 50 deg.C or more, and the impregnating ability of the electrolytic solution for drive is enhanced at 200 deg.C or less, thus elevating the electrostatic capacitance of an electrode foil at 50-200 deg.C.
