Abstract
PURPOSE:To stop water in buried tubes under the ground, insulate electric wires, and prevent the corrosion of steel tubes by folding a cylindrical synthetic resin film into a bellows form. CONSTITUTION:A film 1 whose tip is fixed to a temporary end plate 6 is set on a hollow core cylinder 5 having a conic trapezoidal rectifier 2 holding the film 1 in a cylindrical form and a cylinder 4 with a fixed auxiliary plate 3. A movable (in every direction) chuck 9 goes back in the radial direction while holding the film 1, and only the film 1 is separated from the plate 3. In this case, by pushing the film 1 regularly into the inside by a push-in plate 10, the film 1 of a cylindrical form is folded into a bellows form.
