Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to wind easily even on a pipe of long size without occurrence of any buckling caused by bending process even if the winding diameter is small by holding the winding operation steady by means of hydraulically, pressurized state of inside of the flexible plastic pipe.
CONSTITUTION: When the inside of a pipe used for winding is pressurized, flattened factor of the pipe is controlled not to produce buckling even if the bending diameter of the pipe becomes less than the minimum bending diameter of buckling theory for the pipe not pressurized.
