面は、それぞれ従来のセンサの第１図相当縦断面
図、第２図相当横断面図、第３図相当応答曲線で
ある。 １……センサ、２……ケーシング、３……空洞
部、３ａ……壁面、４……磁性剛体、６，７……
検出部材（トランス）、８……磁界発生部材（永
久磁石）、９……溝、１０……油（シリコンオイ
ル）、３１，３２……部屋（第一空洞部、第二空
洞部）。

Claims (1)
- ケーシングに設けられた空洞部内に磁性剛体が
移動自在に収納されており、磁界発生部材の引き
付け力に抗して移動する上記磁性剛体の変位量を
検出部材により電気的又は磁気的な変化量として
検出するセンサにおいて、空洞部にはその壁面と
磁性剛体との間に付着する油が封入されており、
この油と上記磁性剛体によつて空洞部が二つの部
屋に仕切られ、上記空洞部の壁面にはその軸線方
向に延びる気体流通用の溝が設けられ、この溝に
よつて上記二つの部屋が連通されていることを特
徴とするセンサ。
