Claims (1)
- ケーシングに設けられた密封空間内に磁性体が
移動自在に収容されており、磁界発生部材の引き
付け力に抗して移動する上記磁性体の変位量を検
出部材により電気的な変化量として検出するセン
サにおいて、上記密封空間内がほぼ真空にされて
いることを特徴とするセンサ。
