Claims (1)
- ケーシングに設けられた収容部に磁性体が収納
されていて、磁界発生部材の引き付け力に抗して
移動する上記磁性体の変位量を検出部材により電
気的又は磁気的な変化量として検出するセンサに
おいて、上記ケーシングがプラスチツク製であり
、且つケーシングの少なくとも一部が上記磁界発
生部材としてのプラスチツクマグネツトにされて
おり、又、ケーシングの外周部には上記検出部材
を所収容する凹部が形成されていることを特徴と
するセンサ。
