込むノギス型構造にして設けられる１対のセツテ
イング台と、前記レーザ光源から発振されるレー
ザ光を半透明鏡を介して反射光と透過光との２系
統に分割しその透過光を被測定物の一端測定点に
当て、また反射光を反射鏡を介して前記被測定物
の他端測定点に当てる光学系と、光源を有しこの
光源からの光を前記１対のセツテイング台にそれ
ぞれ設けられた反射鏡に当てその反射光から前記
被測定物の概略長さ、概略外径寸法を測長する測
距計と、前記１対のセツテイング台にそれぞれ設
けられた反射鏡からの反射光を入射し光の位置を
検出して前記セツテイング台の傾きを判別する手
段と、前記被測定物からの反射光を干渉部を介し
て入力し前記被測定物の長さ、外径寸法等を測長
するに必要な信号に処理する信号処理部とを備え
