Abstract

When the signal is positive at the moving device 50, it is reflected by a reflecting surface 71a of an mirror main body 71, and the power distribution of a rear scattered light can be measured at the control and monitor part 45. When a power source PS of the moving device 50 goes to be in an interrupted condition (an off condition) because of any trouble, since the pulse waveform of a reflecting light does not appear, even the on or off condition of the power source PS can be accurately detected.
