Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent temperature characteristics by forming the chemical polymerization film of conductive high molecules onto a dielectric oxide film, cutting the end of metallic foil to expose a metallic section and shaping an electrolytic polymerization film onto the chemical polymerization film through electrolytic polymerization. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric oxide film 2 is formed onto a film forming metallic foil 1, and the chemical oxidation polymerization conductive high-molecular film 3 of pyrrole, thiophene, aniline or furan is shaped onto the film 2 by using an oxidizing agent. The end of the metallic foil 1 is cut, a metallic section is exposed, and the electrolytic polymerization conductive high-molecular film 4 of pyrrole, thiophene, aniline or furan is laminated onto the high-molecular film 3 through electrolytic polymerization. Accordingly, a solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent temperature characteristics is acquired. Aluminum or tantalum is used as a film forming metal.
