Abstract

PURPOSE:To reliably bond the electrical heating wires by brazing, by forming a metallizing layer at cut-away portions of a ceramic swirl chamber body and then forming a plating layer capable of being bonded to a brazing material. CONSTITUTION:A swirl chamber body A' is cut at portions 1a corresponding to terminals 2a of each electrical heating wire 2 so as to expose the terminals 2a. Then, a metallizing layer is formed at the cut-away portions 1a, and a plating layer capable of being bonded to a brazing material is formed on the metallizing layer. Thereafter, electrical connecting members 3 are brazed to the cut-away portions 1a of the swirl chamber body A'. Thus, the electrical heating wires can be reliably bonded together at the terminal exposed portions by brazing.
