本発明は両端子が機関に対して絶縁して取付けられる二
線式グロープラグに関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a two-wire glow plug in which both terminals are installed insulated from an engine.

ューブを、中空の取付金具内邦同軸的に挿貫するととも
に電気的に絶縁した状態で固着してなる二輪式グロープ
ラグが製造されているが、従来品は第1図に示す如く、
取付金具1の先端にテーパ一部11を形成し、発熱チュ
ーブ2に該テーパ一部11と対応するテーパ一部を有す
る外WI30をFM看し、該テーパ一部を含む該外筒3
0の外周面に雲母またはセラミックまたはガラスのコー
テングによる絶縁1940を付着させ、取付金具1との
絶縁を行うと共に取付金具の後端がわにセラミック粉末
50を充填して取付金具と発熱チューブとのシールを行
っており、前記外筒30のテーパー面は取付金具1のテ
ーパー面に圧接されるため取付金具1と発熱チューブ2
との抜は防止は確実になされるが、上記絶縁層40が剥
離したりひび割れしたり絶縁不良が生じやすく、また絶
縁層40と取付金具1の内周面とは圧接されているだけ
で接着されていないことにより機関内のガスがセラミッ
ク粉末の端面まで到達しやすく、気密保持が不充分であ
った。さらに部品点数が多く組付加工が面倒でコスト高

および組付が簡単で製造コストが低減できる二線式グロ

熱金属性のシーズチューブ21の中心に、金属製中心電
極22を挿□設し、その先端22Aと前記シーズチュー
ブ21の底壁21Eとの間にニクロム線を螺巻した発熱
線23を溶接して接続し、シーズチューブ21内に前記
中心電極22および発熱線23を固定するため、マグネ
シア、アルミナ、ベリリアはどの電気絶縁性セラミック
粉末24が加圧状態で充填され、さらにその開口がわ端
にはガラスシース25が施されて形成されている。前記
取付金具1と発熱チューブ2との嵌着は、発熱チューブ
2を取付金具1切中心に挿貫すると共に、心出しをしな
がら取付金具1の内周壁と発熱チューブ2の外周壁間の
環状間隙4に内周壁および外周壁にメタライズまたは、
銀、銅などの金属ペースト等ガラス質材に金属粉を混ぜ
たペーストの付着焼付により金属化層を付着させた電気
絶縁性セラミックパイプ5を挿入し、シーズチューブ2
1の外周壁とセラミックパイプ5の内周壁とをろう付け
すると共にセラミックパイプ5の外周壁と取付金具1の

プラグにおいて、前記発熱チューブと取付金具との嵌着
は、内周面および外周面にメタライズ圏が形成された電
気絶縁性セラミックパイプを、前記シーズチューブ外周
壁と取付金具内周壁とのなす環状間隙に挿入し、シーズ
チューブ外tail壁とセラミックパイプ内周壁との嵌
合面およびセラミックパイプ外周壁と取付金員内因壁と
の嵌合面をろう付けしてなされているので取付金具と発
熱チューブとの嵌着面のシールおよび電気的絶縁が強固
にできるとともに、加工および組付が簡単で製造コスト

イプを、前記シーズチューブ外周壁と取付金具内周壁と
のなす環状間隙に挿入し、シーズチューブ外周壁とセラ
ミックパイプ内周壁との嵌合面およびセラミックパイプ
外周壁と取付金具内周壁との嵌合面をろう付けしてなさ
