Abstract

PURPOSE:To accurately measure the residual stress of a relatively thick coating material by separating a holding material for a test piece and the coating material and executing a tensile test. CONSTITUTION:The holding material 2 made of a small thin piece which has the same adhesiveness to the coating material 3 with a base material and smaller strain due to a load than the coating material 3 is welded on adhered on a steel material 1 by spot welding, a both-sided adhesive tape, etc., to cover the coating material 3.
