Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve abrasion resistance by manufacturing a cylinder block, a side block, a rotor and a vane with aluminum material, and applying Ni-P plating to a sliding surface with the vane or the like. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum alloy containing Si is used as forming material for both front and rear side blocks 20, 30, a cylinder block 40, a rotor 60 and a vane 70. A sliding surface with the vane 70 at the side of a discharge port 48 of these side blocks, an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder block 40 and a sliding surface of a vane outer surface or the like to be slidden with the rotor 60 and the inner circumferential surface 41 of the cylinder block 40 are all applied with plating by Ni-P. Therefore wear and seizure or binding between the rotor and the cylinder block as well as between the rotor and the vane are hard to occur.
