CONSTITUTION:The polymetallo carbosilane is formed by combining (A) carbosilane combining unit as shown in the structural formula I and (B) metaliloxan combining unit as shown in the structural formula II. Then, R1 and R2 in the structural formula I shows low class alkayl group or hydrogen atom under mutually independent condition. M in the structural formula II shows at least one or more elements selected from the group of Ti, Zr, Mo and Cr. In the sand mold for the casting mold, the polymetallo carbosilane is contained at the prescribed quantity in the molding sand. By this method, the formed green sand mold increases the strength as time passes during storing and has the sufficient strength during casting and polymetallo carbosilane is decomposed at the stop of metal solidification. Therefore, the strength and collapsibility of the mold are improved.
