It is desirable that resin having about 300-50000 of weight average molecular weight and polyvinyl alcohol, etc., is contained at about 3-50wt.% as the natural and synthetic resin. Water, methanol, etc., are used to about 5-60% ratio as the polar solvent. It is desirable that hydrochloric acid, organic sulfonic acid, etc., and material of Cu, Fe, Al, Zn as main component (for example, ferric chloride) are used at 10-60% as the salt of the strong acid and weak basic.
