Abstract
PURPOSE:To make facilities such as a vacuum tank, a vacuum pump and the like unnecessary, and contrive to enhance productivity by a method wherein resin is poured under normal pressure between the coil at the cover of a coil assembly, which are preheated up to the predetermined temperature and, after that, cured at the predeter mined temperature. CONSTITUTION:The main agent in a tank 71 and curing agent in a tank 72 are deaerated under vacuum by means of a vacuum pump 73. The main agent and the curing agent are derivered respectively in predetermined amounts in accordance with the mixing ratio of the agents from pumps 75 and 76 so as to be fed to a mixer 77. A coil assembly 30 is put in a preheating oven 83 in order to preheat it up to a temperature, which is higher than that of resin to be poured in the coil assembly 30, to 100-110 deg.C. Moisture or the like in the coil assembly 30 is removed by the preheating. Further, a certain amount of resin 50 is poured from the pouring nozzle 80 of the mixer 77 toward the opening 43a of a cover 40 by opening an on-off valve 81 for a certain period of time. The poured resin 50 enters a gap 56 between the cover 40 and a coil 56 so as to fill the space of the gap. After that, the resin 50 poured in the coil assembly 30 is cured in a curing tank 85. The preferable curing temperature is a little lower than the preheating temperature.
