Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of magnetization and enable the working quantity of molding material to be reduced, by reducing the distribution of magnetic flux between magnet elements adjacent circumferentially. CONSTITUTION:At intermediate positions between the poles N and the poles S of the magnet elements of a plastics-bonded magnet material section 3, the space sections 3A of proper spaces are arranged. Generated magnetic flux is concentrated to magnetic paths 4A directed to the confronted yoke sides in the magnetization directions, and the leakage to the different pole yoke sides on the same surface side is less. Accordingly, the efficient magnetization of the less loss of a generated magnetic force can be executed, and the magnet excellent in the magnetic characteristic of a high surface magnetic-flux density value can be manufactured. Besides, molding material having magnetic property can be saved by the component of the space section 3A, and so a cost can be reduced, and by the lowering of an inertia force due to the reduction of weight, motor characteristic is improved.
