- 少なくとも接合型電界効果半導体素子と、この
接合型電界効果半導体素子のゲート・ソース間に
逆方向に接続された２個の接合ダイオードと、前
記接合型電界効果半導体素子のドレイン・ソース
間に接続されたツエナーダイオードとを具備する
ことを特徴としたコンデンサマイク用半導体装置
。
