は配管、４は冷却器、５はポンプ、６は電動機、
８は検出器、９は電動弁、１０はＶＶＶＦ電源装
置、１１は制御装置である。尚、図中、同一符号
は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 変動負荷及び一定負荷で運転される複数台の電
気機器に冷却媒体を強制的に循環させて前記電気
機器を冷却する冷却装置において、前記変動負荷
で運転される電気機器に接続されてその負荷状態
を検出する検出器と、前記冷却媒体を循環させる
手段を運転する電動機を変速駆動する可変電圧可
変周波数電源装置と、前記変動負荷で運転される
電気機器への前記冷却媒体の流量を調整する流量
調整器と、前記検出器、前記可変電圧可変周波数
電源装置及び前記流量調整器に接続され、前記検
出器によつて検出された電気機器の負荷状態に応
じて、前記可変電圧可変周波数電源装置の出力周
波数及び前記流量調整器の開度を制御する制御装
置とを備えたことを特徴とする電気機器冷却装置
。
